About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Adult Community Mental Health Team as a Lead Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, planning, and implementing evidence-based care for individuals with complex emotional needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Act as a role model and resource for junior/less experienced staff.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based care for individuals with complex emotional needs.

Requirements

  • Registered qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
  • Member of a professional body and adherence to their code of conduct and RDaSH trust policies and procedures.
