Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Attendance Officer in maintaining precise attendance records.
- Address routine inquiries related to student attendance from staff, parents, and relevant agencies.
- Collaborate closely with the Education Inclusion Service and other services to tackle attendance challenges.
- Provide early intervention for students at risk of attendance issues, ensuring ongoing support for those with attendance concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with targeted students and their families to address attendance matters.
- Conduct regular home visits; a valid Driving License and access to a vehicle are required.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
- Proficient in ICT, with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Administrative qualification.
- Experience in a busy office setting.
- Experience working with students, families, and various agencies.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
