Your Responsibilities

As a leading lawyer in the team, you will provide guidance to officers and elected officials. Your responsibilities will include managing s106 and 278 agreements, offering both complex and routine planning and highways advice, handling public inquiries, and providing counsel on planning enforcement and public law matters.

Qualifications

You are a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, with a solid background in planning law. Your experience equips you to confidently navigate complex legal issues and mentor junior colleagues.
