Daily Responsibilities
You will serve as one of the lead attorneys in the team, providing legal counsel to officers and elected representatives. Your responsibilities will include handling s106 and 278 agreements, offering both complex and routine planning and highways advice, managing public inquiries, and providing guidance on planning enforcement and public law matters.
Qualifications
You are a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, with a solid background in planning law. Your experience enables you to adeptly manage intricate legal issues and mentor junior staff.
