Commercial Legal Advisor

BCL Legal In-House is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Counsel to join their team. As a key member of the legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- IT Transformations and Contract Negotiations: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to negotiate and draft high-value contracts, including cloud-based agreements and SAAS contracts.
- Supplier Projects and Negotiations: Work closely with the procurement team to advise on new deals and renewals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- DP Projects and Contract Drafting: Assist in the development and implementation of data protection projects, drafting contracts that meet the organization's needs.
- Regulatory Matters and Compliance: Provide guidance on regulatory matters, working closely with specialists to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws.
- Advisory Role: Offer expert advice to the procurement team on contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring the organization's interests are protected.
