Your Responsibilities:
As a leading legal professional in the team, you will provide counsel to officers and elected representatives. Your responsibilities will include managing s106 and 278 agreements, offering complex and routine planning and highways advice, addressing public inquiries, and providing guidance on planning enforcement and public law matters.
Qualifications:
You are a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, with a solid background in planning law. Your experience enables you to adeptly handle intricate legal issues and mentor junior team members.
