Daily Responsibilities

You will be among the leading legal professionals in the team, providing counsel to officers and elected representatives. Your responsibilities will include managing s106 and 278 agreements, offering complex and routine planning and highways advice, handling public inquiries, and providing guidance on planning enforcement and public law matters.

Qualifications

You are a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, with a solid background in planning law. Your experience equips you to confidently navigate complex legal issues and mentor junior colleagues.
