Job Title: Head of IT and Cybersecurity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT and Cybersecurity to join our team at CPW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our IT function and developing our cybersecurity strategy to ensure the protection of our business and our clients.

About the Role

The Head of IT and Cybersecurity will be responsible for:

  • Leading the IT team and developing the IT strategy to support the business
  • Developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the business and its clients
  • Managing the IT budget and ensuring that IT spend is optimized
  • Working with the leadership team to develop and execute the overall IT and cybersecurity strategy
  • Providing training and coaching to the IT team and other stakeholders
  • Streamlining the IT offering to ensure cohesion across all offices
  • Monitoring the helpdesk operation and ensuring prompt resolution of helpdesk tickets
  • Joining the disaster recovery team and being the IT lead
  • Producing and collating IT reports as necessary
  • Overall management of cybersecurity, ensuring sufficient protection is in place
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in IT and cybersecurity. You will have a degree in an IT-related qualification or equivalent and preferably Microsoft 365 certified. You will also have a minimum of 5 years' experience of managing and implementing an IT function within a business.

You will have strong technology experience, a solid understanding of support IT services within a business at a capacity for 200+ employees. You will also have good understanding of GDPR and data protection. You will be confident to work with ambiguity, prioritise effectively, assess and manage risk and make decisions.
