About the Role

The Head of IT and Cybersecurity will be responsible for:

  • Leading the IT team and developing the IT strategy to support the business
  • Developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the business and its clients
  • Managing the IT budget and ensuring that IT spend is optimized
  • Working with the leadership team to develop and execute the overall IT and cybersecurity strategy
  • Providing training and coaching to the IT team and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring the helpdesk operation and ensuring prompt resolution of helpdesk tickets
  • Joining the disaster recovery team and being the IT lead
  • Producing and collating IT reports as necessary
  • Overall management of cybersecurity, ensuring sufficient protection is in place
