Key Responsibilities- Assess and allocate housing for new tenants following established procedures.

- Conduct regular room checks and follow housekeeping procedures to minimize vacancies and maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
- Ensure tenancies are upheld and support residents in meeting their obligations, promoting a culture of responsibility and respect.
- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with external agencies as needed, ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.
- Encourage resident participation and provide advice on decision-making, empowering individuals to take control of their lives.
- Perform health and safety checks and manage building facilities, ensuring a secure and comfortable living environment.
- Experience working in customer-facing roles, supporting diverse client groups, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport.
- Motivation and communication skills to engage and support vulnerable people, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car insured for business use, with flexibility to work across similar services within a reasonable distance from your main base.
This is a 35-hour per week, 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a secondment, with the potential to become permanent. The pay range is £16.50 to £19.97 per hour LTD, £14.07 to £17.02 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday).
