About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injury or complex care physical disability to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.
  • Utilize your driving skills to support the client's active lifestyle.
  • Work on a zero-hours contract, with regular consistent work and set rolling rotas.

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Have a kind and caring nature, with flexibility and reliability to ensure continuity of care.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
