Position Overview

  • Conduct in-person meetings with both new and existing clients to boost sales volume and broaden the customer base
  • Serve as a Brand Advocate for White Cap while meeting sales objectives
  • Address client concerns and generate sales opportunities through diverse strategies
  • Formulate and implement profitable business strategies for account management
  • Gather and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and prepare sales reports
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships

Role Requirements

  • Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and work autonomously
  • Offer mentorship to junior team members when necessary

Work Setting

  • Generally operate in a comfortable environment with occasional exposure to challenging conditions
  • Involves physical activity and may require occasional overnight travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2-5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2-4 years of experience
  • Relevant certifications may be necessary

  • Capability to navigate job sites and challenging terrains
