We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to enhance our sales team. As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating robust customer connections and propelling sales growth for medium to large-scale accounts. Position Overview
- Conduct in-person meetings with both new and existing clients to boost sales volume and broaden the customer base
- Serve as a Brand Advocate for White Cap while meeting sales objectives
- Address client concerns and generate sales opportunities through diverse strategies
- Formulate and implement profitable business strategies for account management
- Gather and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and prepare sales reports
- Establish and nurture customer relationships
Role Requirements
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and work autonomously
- Offer mentorship to junior team members when necessary
Work Setting
- Generally operate in a comfortable environment with occasional exposure to challenging conditions
- Involves physical activity and may require occasional overnight travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2-5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2-4 years of experience
- Relevant certifications may be necessary

- Capability to navigate job sites and challenging terrains
