Position Overview

  • Conduct in-person visits with both new and existing clients to boost sales performance and broaden the customer base
  • Serve as a Brand Advocate for White Cap while meeting sales objectives
  • Address customer concerns and create sales opportunities through diverse strategies
  • Formulate and implement profitable business strategies for account management
  • Gather and analyze market and competitor insights to enhance sales
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and prepare sales documentation
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships

Role Requirements

  • Exhibit proficiency in data interpretation and work autonomously
  • Offer mentorship to junior team members when necessary

Work Conditions

  • Typically operate in a comfortable setting with occasional exposure to challenging conditions
  • May require physical activity and some overnight travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2-5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2-4 years of experience
  • Relevant certifications may be necessary
