Position Overview
- Conduct in-person visits with both new and existing clients to boost sales performance and broaden the customer base
- Serve as a Brand Advocate for White Cap while meeting sales objectives
- Address customer concerns and create sales opportunities through diverse strategies
- Formulate and implement profitable business strategies for account management
- Gather and analyze market and competitor insights to enhance sales
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and prepare sales documentation
- Establish and nurture customer relationships
Role Requirements
- Exhibit proficiency in data interpretation and work autonomously
- Offer mentorship to junior team members when necessary
Work Conditions
- Typically operate in a comfortable setting with occasional exposure to challenging conditions
- May require physical activity and some overnight travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2-5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2-4 years of experience
- Relevant certifications may be necessary

- Understanding of sales principles and product offerings
- Experience in telemarketing and sales via phone
