We are seeking an exceptional accountant and client relationship manager to join our team in St Albans, Hertfordshire. This is a pivotal role in our practice and will offer an ambitious and confident accountant a really exciting opportunity to develop and shine.
About the Role- Responsible for leading and managing staff, as well as career and personal development and overseeing the allocation and flow of work within the department.
- Supporting the Directors in all aspects of client management.
- Oversee a varied client portfolio (mainly SMEs) in a wide range of industries.
- Provide ambitious standards of excellent customer service to clients by answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee the provision of general accounting and tax services.
- Quotes and estimates.
- Business development and networking.
- Work on any ad hoc projects as necessary.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by helping to build good relationships with both prospective clients and existing clients.
- Work as part of a team that fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.
