Cameron Brook & Associates Ltd, a reputable and financially stable main building contractor with a turnover of £60m, specializes in construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across various sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and community.

Our projects typically range from £1m to £10m and are located throughout London and the surrounding areas. We are seeking to enhance our successful pre-construction team by adding a Business Development Manager at the appropriate level based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and tender opportunities by identifying and nurturing relationships with contacts in both the public and private sectors of the construction industry.
  • Engage with potential clients, consultants, and architects through meetings, company events, and networking opportunities.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach and initiative in pursuing leads and advancing business opportunities.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent phone demeanor.
  • Enthusiasm and confidence in client interactions.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A background in sales within the construction sector or main contracting is preferred.
