Job Summary

ZEDRA Group is seeking a highly skilled Trustee Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain technical expertise and provide informed advice to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of team members through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pensions management or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and driving revenue.
  • Associate or working towards Associateship of the Pensions Management Institute or equivalent professional body.
