**About us**:
Harbour Housing is a regional charity providing accommodation and support to those experiencing homelessness and other disadvantages across Cornwall. We provide services and manage projects across Cornwall and our goal is to empower beneficiaries to regain their independence and work towards maintaining their own accommodation through bespoke, person-centred support.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Chief Execuitive and the Senior Management Leadership Team.
- Producing and co-producing reports for a range of audiences, including our Senior Management Team, Board of Trustees and external funders.
- Collating, proofreading and sense-checking documents to include reports, letters, tenders, policies and other written communication.
- Work with the communications team to assist with the organisation and coordination of events and receptions.
- Maintain diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings for the Cheif Executive and the Senior Management Team.
- Plan internal and external meetings and take detailed minutes as required.
- Provide general clerical support such as data entry, scanning, mailing and answering telephone calls.
- Effectively manage sensitive documents and confidential information with absoloute integrity and professionalism.
- Provide timely reminders to the Cheif Executive and Senior Management Team for meetings, important tasks and deadlines.

**Key Skills**:

- High levels of discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient at proofreading and reviewing documents
- Detail-oriented withg a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive mindset with the initiative to drive tasks forward.
- Flexible, adaptable and open minded with an outstanding sense of humour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,595.00-£24,955.60 per year
