**About the role**

This is a unique opportunity to join Skechers as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and be part of our continued growth and expansion.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support, managing schedules across multiple time zones, producing agendas and reports, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and managing projects.

Our Executive Assistant's main duties and responsibilities will consist of but not limited to:

- Responsible for all diary management activities to include internal and external meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Work collaboratively with the UK Management Group and internal departments to coordinate meetings, communication to ensure the smooth running of day to day tasks and requirements.
- Respond, monitor, and follow-up on internal/external inquiries, directives/deliverables, requests for approval, expenditure, and make recommendations.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with flexible approach to provide ad hoc cover for Travel & Facilities.
- Assist with on-boarding new Sales Team members.
- Work closely with the MD to a have a full understanding of what is required on a weekly and daily basis.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day travel for the MD and Sales Team, by working closely with Travel and Facilities.
- Ensure the MD is fully prepared for each meeting, requesting briefings where necessary.
- Work closely with leadership teams to ensure meeting agendas are structured and prepared in advance
- Compose and edit correspondence as and when required and help to create presentations and other documents.
- Support with meeting administration e.g. minutes/actions, proof reading and proactively liaise with attendees to update meeting action logs in a timely manner.
- Produce a suite of reports to support the MD, from Country Manager reporting to generating and approving expense reports.
- Coordinate, organise and/or lead on ad-hoc projects and team gatherings as requested by MD.
- First point of contact for visiting managers to our St. Albans Head Office, providing a VIP service.
- Process and track MD expenses, IT queries or HR requests.
- Understand and effectively use the internal reporting systems to help support MD.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external customers, Sales team, Buyers and Directors on behalf of the MD.
- Interface with various groups including local Management, company-wide domestic/international partners, customers, vendors, legal, and other business partners.
- Manage and file corporate documents (financial records, contracts/agreements).
- Arrange events which includes, speaking engagements, PR/media appearances, conferences/tradeshow attendance as well as entertainment and social functions.

**Core skills**
- Proven experience as a EA/PA at senior level is essential, ideally within a within a global corporate organisation.
- Exceptional time management, and organisational skills with an ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Good project management experience and flexibility to adapt to change.
- Diligent and trustworthy with the ability to act with a high level of integrity professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that the professionalism and reputation of the brand is always maintained.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work with, and operate at all levels, internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments quickly and efficiently.
- Significant knowledge and experience in using MS Office, tools including but not limited to Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
