Succeed In Property is a rapidly growing training and events company focusing on providing training programmes and events for property investors and developers.

We have our own Youtube recording studio and produce programmes for Sky TV.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant ideally with experience of digital marketing, event management and membership management.

Training will be provided where necessary, in a position that will become autonomous.

**Key responsibilities**

There's always a lot going on in this friendly team and you'll enjoy a full range of activities to include:

- Coordinating our property investors 12 mentorship programme
- Diary management
- Coordinating events such as our monthly investors networking meeting; our VIP programme; private investor tours and property investor workshops
- Client onboarding zoom calls
- Coordinating youtube video shoots and liasing with guests
- Coordinating our presence at property exhibitions
- Social media postings across Facebook, Youtube, Instagram LinkedIn & Tik Tok (using eclincher)
- Comfortable with tools such as Canva, Asana, GSuite, Kajabi, Xero, Zoom
- Providing PA and administrative support to the CEO
- Ad-hoc research projects
- General office admin duties (including managing VA staff)

You will be required to develop your own administrative procedures to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Demonstrable relevant experience as an Executive Assistant in at least one of these key areas; Digital Marketing, Event Management, Membership Management, PA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Highly organised and detail orientated.
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office programmes and willingness to learn other software / technologies.
- Capable of approaching unfamiliar situations with common sense and a "can do" attitude; proactive and initiative taking.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assume responsibility and follow through on tasks.
- Effective at prioritising and handling a heavy workload: not easily intimidated or flustered by multiple, concurrent tasks.
- Experience of taking meeting minutes and preparation thereof.
- Able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- Flexible & Adaptable
- Property sector experience would be an advantage

You will be exceptionally savvy with IT, using cloud based apps such as G-Suite, and updating websites and maintaining our CRM.

**Working hours**:
Mon to Fri 9am-5:30pm (with attendance at of our events outside working hours)

**Office location**:
The role will be based at our St Albans head office.

**Terms**:
£28,000 - £38,000 pa depending on experience
28 days leave
