Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Consultant to join our team. As an Account Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, planning and executing recruitment strategies, and maintaining databases and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Planning and Execution
    • Plan and execute recruitment campaigns to meet client requirements.
    • Source and attract top talent to meet client needs.
  • Database and System Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and internal systems.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Education
    • Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
