The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our clients, covering all aspects of Human Resources and Payroll administration. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new starter packs, time sheets, and court orders
  • Managing attendance and leave records, including processing worked hours and leaver forms
  • Providing first point of contact for all HR queries, resolving general queries from employees and management
  • Managing the staff portal HR database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Working closely with the HR Consultant to administer probationary period reviews, written warnings, dismissals, and welfare meetings
  • Processing DBS requests and managing holiday and absence management
