About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our central HR team as an HR Business Partner. This role involves delivering high-quality strategic and operational support, driving organisational growth through HR strategy, and providing comprehensive HR support to leadership teams.
The ideal candidate should be CIPD qualified with significant experience in senior human resources or employee relations roles within complex organisations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing an HR Plan, advising on employee relations and employment law, supporting TUPE transfers and restructuring, managing employment tribunal cases, and working with Trade Unions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an HR Plan with the Head of HR.
- Advise on performance management, appraisal cycles, disciplinary actions, and salary reviews.
- Coach and support senior leaders on people management practices.
- Manage employment tribunal cases and draft settlement agreements.
- Design and deliver workshops for line managers and HR representatives.
- Collaborate with outsourcing providers for payroll and benefits administration.
