Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Mytime Active, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic HR expertise and support to our teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive HR support to our teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and capabilities to succeed.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement a performance management culture, driving employee engagement and motivation.
  • Manage HR projects and change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our business.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, creating a culture of respect and inclusivity throughout our organisation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in employee relations, providing guidance and support to managers and employees alike.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to design and deliver management development training and HR-related workshops, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our teams.
  • Develop and implement plans for recruitment, training, restructuring, and succession planning, ensuring we have the right talent in place to drive business success.
  • Engage and empower our apprentices and volunteers, fostering a sense of ownership and connection to our work.
  • Provide regular KPI reports to the Head of HR, highlighting key metrics such as absence, turnover, and employee relations case data.
  • Use people analytics to inform decisions and drive business outcomes, ensuring we are always making data-driven choices.

Requirements

  • Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive HR generalist experience, spanning the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of managing organisational change, including TUPE, and complex employee relations issues.
  • Experience in delivering learning and development sessions, as well as leading through change and transformation.
