Regional HR Business Partner

Reed HR is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional, consistent, and effective HR service to staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director of People and Head of HR in providing strategic advice on recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Ensure a successful integration with HR services, including payroll, and provide guidance on employment-related queries.
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures, and provide expert advice on people management and employment law issues.
  • Act as an expert, providing advice, guidance, and practical support to Senior Leaders, Directors, and other senior staff on all people management and employment law issues.
  • Support with complex case management, including employment tribunals, industrial relations, and sickness cases.
