HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Networx. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business through a period of change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, advice, coaching, and hands-on support for managers on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Work with recruitment partners to identify resourcing needs and emerging talent.
  • Support the business with cyclical people activities, employee relations, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement people plans to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified with comprehensive generalist HR experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of current employment law and best practice.
  • Logical, rational, and flexible approach to situations.
