Responsibilities include:", "ul": [{"li": "Present a professional image of self and MACTALENT LTD"}, {"li": "Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner"}, {"li": "Work within agreed authority levels"}, {"li": "Review the demands and needs of customers and advise on the most appropriate insurances to meet their demands and needs"}, {"li": "Increase client base wherever possible"}, {"li": "Convert insurance needs to sales"}, {"li": "Cross sell insurance wherever possible"}, {"li": "Manage and process client new business, renewals, midterm adjustments and lapses in accordance with current procedures and FCA requirements"}, {"li": "Input accurate data onto the back office systems"}, {"li": "Liaise with Insurers and other third parties regarding the administration of client's insurance needs"}, {"li": "Assess, assimilate, analyse and present to insurers and underwriters to achieve risk acceptance at the most advantageous rate"}, {"li": "Prepare customer reports on both new and existing risks to support the commercial lines manager/supervisor"}, {"li": "Take responsibility for actioning and updating Diary System as directed and within defined time scale"}, {"li": "Attend training courses and events as directed by the company"}], "h2": "Key Relationships", "p": "External: Customers: As required in the course of the sale of insurance products.
