Job Description

Job Title: HR Advisor Systems & Communications

Area: Human Resources

Salary: Circa £35,000 p.a.

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team, providing professional and comprehensive HR support to our business areas. As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with our teams to deliver excellent student experiences and positively impact our local community.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a HR role in a similar setting, with a strong background in HR system administration, including systems upgrades testing, security permissions, and general systems administration. They will also lead the provision of management information reporting and provide generalist HR Advisor support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and development of the HR system
