We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Val Wade Recruitment. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office and meeting rooms are maintained in a clean and tidy condition
- Manage all office phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain office stationery and general supplies
- Provide first-line IT support and work with offsite IT support as needed
- Organize meetings, travel, and logistics for the Sales team
- Coordinate diary appointments and travel for the CEO
- Assist managers with meeting coordination and event planning
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of administration experience
- Diary management and travel coordination skills
- Strong MS Office, Word, and Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work confidently unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to problem-solve and anticipate issues
- Self-motivated and flexible with a willingness to learn
