Your Role:
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role at both strategic and operational levels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Designing and executing HR initiatives that resonate with the overall business strategy of the tech and software sectors.
