About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Business Partner to join our team at Northern Gas and Power. As a strategic advisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by providing expert guidance and support to our employees and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and well-being.
  • Analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead on core HR processes, including performance management, reward and benefits, HR compliance, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Operated in commercial, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in developing and managing people change projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to influence and tactfully deal with complex employee relations issues.
