Opportunity Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Sales Coordinator to work on a part-time permanent basis. This role is essential in supporting a well-established real estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the exchange and completion processes for multiple properties.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, legal representatives, and mortgage advisors.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Develop and manage the Sales Management Spreadsheet.
- Oversee the Sales Progression Spreadsheet.

Candidate Requirements:
- Strong customer service and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to establish rapport and foster relationships with clients, colleagues, and solicitors.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Position Details:
Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time.
Working Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
