Our client are an extremely professional independent Estate Agency and Lettings firm and are currently looking for a Property Assessment Specialist to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting property inventories, inspections, and checkouts, ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards.
The main duties will include:
- Conduct thorough property inventories at the start and end of tenancies.
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and tenancy agreements.
- Manage the checkout process, documenting the condition of properties and noting any damages or required maintenance.
- Prepare detailed reports for landlords and tenants, including photographs and written documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues identified during inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections and inventories.
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Benefits include:
- Competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £30,000 per annum.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and 9:00am - 4:00pm every other Saturday with a day off in lieu
