Our client, a prominent player in delivering cutting-edge solutions globally, is looking for a committed Sales Support Coordinator to enhance their internal sales and applications team, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.


The Sales Support Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting the internal sales/applications team by generating quotes, processing client orders, and facilitating effective communication with international clients. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless operations and surpassing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports.
2. Foster communication and collaboration with production and procurement teams.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the order lifecycle.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed client expectations.
5. Monitor orders and shipments, providing timely updates to clients.
6. Coordinate special shipping requests with the operations team.
7. Handle inquiries from clients via various communication channels.

Essential Qualifications:
1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and persuasive communication skills.
4. Familiarity with inventory levels, component allocation, and manufacturing settings.
5. Experience with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.
6. Proficient mathematical skills for margin calculations.
7. Excellent telephone etiquette.
8. Keen attention to detail.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Applicants should possess a minimum of GCSE qualifications or equivalent, with grades A-C in Mathematics and English. Previous experience in a manufacturing and sales context is essential.
