Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct thorough inventory on properties to identify maintenance needs.
  • Resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the deposit return process to ensure timely and accurate refunds.
  • Handle received invoices and ensure timely payment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in facilities management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high level of service to clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Professional telephone manner, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
