We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Careers. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and participate in all aspects of college life.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement individualized learning plans to support students with SEN in achieving their learning goals and potential.
- To work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the necessary support to access the curriculum.
- To provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEN, using a range of strategies and resources to promote learning and independence.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and other stakeholders.
- To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and success.
