Temporary Tutoring Position for Students with Special Educational Needs

We are seeking an experienced tutor to provide educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in maths, English, and science subjects. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience in SEN and be willing to work on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored educational support to students with SEN
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Experience in using assistive technology in teaching
  • Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties

This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check and provide references. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
