Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist SEN students in classroom activities, providing individualized support and assistance to help them achieve their educational and personal goals.
  • Implement individualized education plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure students' success.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with special needs, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, with a strong understanding of SEN students' challenges and needs.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a commitment to their well-being and education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and support staff.
