Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Funds Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional client service. Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of clients and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement business expansion strategies, including the integration of new business and personnel.
  • Manage client service teams and ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control, identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring that client portfolios are profitable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a change agenda to empower teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Real Estate Platform lead to drive the implementation and adoption of technology-focused solutions to client and operational requirements.
  • Lead a high-performing team, supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels.
  • Role model a high-performance culture, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that all team members are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, preferably in private equity, real estate, or alternatives.
  • Strong technical skills, including awareness and understanding of various company, partnership, and AML legislation and regulations.
  • Chartered Secretary or Chartered Governance Professional designation is preferred.
  • Experience with Yardi or eFront platforms, along with workflow tools, is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and staff development skills.
  • Ability to drive and execute change.
  • Fluent English is essential, with fluency in other European languages considered an asset.
