- Efficiently plan, prioritize, and organize tasks to ensure effective time management.
- Manage time input effectively for your designated client portfolio.
- Assist the Senior Management Team as necessary.
- Exemplify the Group Values consistently and foster engagement and commitment to providing outstanding client service and operational efficiency in all assigned tasks.
- Contribute proactively to team objectives, aiming to meet both individual and team debtor targets daily, while achieving high performance against key performance indicators.
- Document and attend meetings with clients.
- Act as a deputy for your Assistant Manager/Manager during their absence or when requested.
- Maintain a solid understanding of industry best practices related to fund administration.
- Understand the relevant laws governing fund administration in Jersey.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of laws in other jurisdictions concerning fund structures.
- Understand the principles of taxation affecting Jersey fund structures.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Share knowledge and experience within the team, focusing on developing the skills and expertise of junior staff.
- Comprehend trust and company legal documents.
- Actively promote a constructive client servicing culture.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on client administration issues.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and across all teams to ensure a collaborative approach.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with all team members on assigned client administration tasks, aligning with our Group Values.
- Offer technical support to other team members.
- Continuously enhance relevant technical knowledge, ensuring compliance with Continual Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
- ICSA qualified or possess another relevant professional qualification.
- Member of a recognized Professional Institute.
- Evidence of ongoing CPD.
- Knowledge of the finance industry in Jersey.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fund administration.
- Ability to be adaptable and work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient in prioritizing and multitasking.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines to fulfill team, service line, and client expectations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent fund administration capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the responsibilities of a fund services business.
