Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Funds Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional service. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring a first-class experience through professional, timely, and value-added interactions.
- Participate in business expansion activities, including the integration of newly acquired businesses and personnel.
- Manage client relationships and associated service providers, including auditors, law firms, and banks.
- Drive a culture of compliance and risk control, identifying and anticipating potential risks, and escalating or resolving them in a timely manner.
- Maintain a relentless focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) under your remit.
- Monitor financial profitability and client portfolio performance, including client invoicing, budget variances, and write-offs.
- Evaluate business procedure efficiency, considering organizational objectives and implementing improvements.
- Lead a change agenda to empower the team at all levels to deliver.
- Work closely with the Real Estate Platform lead to drive implementation and adoption of technology-focused solutions to client and operational requirements.
- Lead a high-performing team, supporting development and engagement of employees at all levels.
- Actively role-model a high-performance culture with clear accountabilities, driving cross-functional collaboration.
- 7-10 years of fund experience, preferably in Private Equity, Real Estate, or Alternatives.
- Strong technical skills, including awareness and understanding of various company, partnership, and AML legislation and regulations.
- Preferably, a Chartered Secretary or Chartered Governance Professional.
- Experience in the Yardi or eFront platforms, along with workflow tools, is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and staff development skills.
- The ability to drive and execute change.
- Fluent English is essential, with fluency in other European languages considered an asset.
