About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Manager to join our team at Alter Domus. As a key member of our fund administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our private equity clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of private equity clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of fund administration services, including NAV calculation, transfer agent and investor servicing, and tax compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our services remain compliant and competitive.

About You

  • You have a strong background in fund accounting, with experience in private equity and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions to meet client needs.
  • You are a team player, with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
