Apex Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to enhance our dynamic team, which specializes in delivering a wide array of fund accounting and financial reporting solutions tailored for our Private Equity fund clientele with complex fund frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client interactions regarding accounting matters and act as the primary liaison for all accounting-related inquiries.
- Provide daily fund accounting and financial reporting services to a diverse portfolio of Private Equity clients, ensuring compliance with internal standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Possess a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA, or an equivalent credential (partially qualified candidates with relevant fund experience will be considered).
- Demonstrated extensive experience in fund accounting, ideally within Private Equity, Real Estate, or Debt Funds in a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP is essential.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in English communication.
- Submission of CV is required.
- Strong keyboard skills.
- Provision of references is necessary.
