Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team at Bridge Recruitment Group Ltd. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team, ensuring our customers receive the highest possible service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as Duty Manager on a rota basis, ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.
- Drive performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team, maintaining excellent communication at all times.
- Operate as part of the team, providing customers with the required professional standards.
- Provide a safe environment for the general public and staff, reporting any Health and Safety hazards.
- Be aware of risk and compliance during day-to-day operation, maintaining positive relations with retailers and assisting where appropriate.
- Work with other teams for the benefit of the site, developing new skills where appropriate.
- Book on/off duty using an electronic payroll system, maintaining records in line with your duty.
- Ensure all employee training is recorded and up to date, accurately reporting sickness and managing absence levels correctly.
- Lead colleague inductions, covering all health and safety training and role expectations.
- Deliver on standards and expectations, participating in site emergency procedures.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining communication at all times with colleagues.
- Maintain and develop working relationships with partners, managers, colleagues, business manager, and head office support.
- Be responsible for H&S within your area of activity, embedding a risk-aware culture at site level.
- Hold a valid Security licence and First aid certificate.
