About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our client's team, a national provider of bespoke cleaning and security solutions for the office, retail, and commercial sectors. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team, ensuring customers receive the highest possible service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Centre Management: Work as part of the centre management team on a rota basis, ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team, maintaining excellent communication at all times.
  • Customer Service: Provide customers with the required professional standards, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Health and Safety: Report any Health and Safety hazards, be aware of risk and compliance during day-to-day operations.
  • Team Management: Lead colleague inductions, covering all health and safety training and role expectations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records in line with your duty, including utilising the electronic patrol system, all check sheets, incident reports, and accident reports.
  • Training and Development: Ensure all employee training is recorded and up to date.
  • Sickness and Absence: Accurately report sickness and ensure absence levels are managed correctly.
  • Emergency Procedures: Participate in site emergency procedures.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining communication at all times with colleagues using site-specific communication methods.
  • Communication: Maintain and develop working relationships with partners, managers, colleagues, business managers, and head office support.
  • Health and Safety: Be responsible for H&S within your area of activity, embedding a risk-aware culture at site level.
  • Qualifications: Hold a valid Security licence and First aid certificate.
