Role Overview

As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer service standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Centre Management: Work as part of the centre management team on a rota basis, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team, maintaining excellent communication at all times.
  • Customer Service: Provide customers with the required professional standards, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Health and Safety: Report any Health and Safety hazards, maintain a risk-aware culture, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead colleague inductions, cover health and safety training, and ensure employee training is up to date.
  • Reporting and Administration: Accurately report sickness, manage absence levels, and maintain records in line with duty requirements.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining communication at all times with colleagues and partners.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain and develop working relationships with partners, managers, colleagues, and business managers.
  • Health and Safety: Be responsible for H&S within your area of activity and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Security Licence and First Aid: Hold a valid Security licence and First aid certificate.
