Role Overview:
Bridge Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join the team of one of our clients, a national provider of bespoke cleaning and security solutions for the office, retail, and commercial sectors. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance in terms of standards and behaviors across the team, ensuring customers receive the highest possible service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Duty Manager Requirement: As part of the centre management team, you will be required to work on a rota basis, ensuring the smooth operation of the site.
- Performance Management: You will be responsible for driving performance in terms of standards and behaviors across the team, maintaining excellent communication at all times.
- Customer Service: You will operate as part of the team, providing customers with the required professional standards, ensuring a safe environment for the general public and staff.
- Health and Safety: You will report any Health and Safety hazards, be aware of risk and compliance during day-to-day operations, and participate in site emergency procedures.
- Team Management: You will lead colleague inductions, covering all health and safety training and role expectations, and ensure all employee training is recorded and up to date.
- Reporting and Administration: You will accurately report sickness, ensure absence levels are managed correctly, and maintain records in line with your duty, including utilizing the electronic patrol system, check sheets, incident reports, and accident reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate Profile: You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintain communication at all times with your colleagues using site-specific communication methods, and maintain and develop working relationships with partners, managers, colleagues, business managers, and head office support.
- Qualifications and Certifications: You will have a valid Security license and First aid certificate.
