Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Duty Manager on a rota basis, working closely with the centre management team to ensure seamless operations.

  • Drive performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Operate as part of the team, providing customers with professional standards of service and ensuring a safe environment for the general public and staff.

  • Report any Health and Safety hazards and maintain a risk-aware culture at site level.

  • Be aware of risk and compliance during day-to-day operations and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve site objectives.

  • Maintain positive relations with retailers and assist where necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Work with other teams to develop new skills and contribute to the management of events and activities.

  • Book on/off duty using an electronic payroll system and maintain accurate records in line with duty requirements.

  • Ensure all employee training is recorded and up to date, and accurately report sickness and absence levels.

  • Lead colleague inductions, covering health and safety training and role expectations.

  • Deliver on standards and expectations, participating in site emergency procedures as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and maintain effective communication with colleagues using site-specific methods.

  • Maintain and develop working relationships with partners, managers, colleagues, business managers, and head office support.

  • Be responsible for H&S within your area of activity and have a valid Security licence and First aid certificate.
