The Customer Service Consultant plays a crucial role in providing an outstanding experience for all customers seeking service and vehicle repairs. We are looking for a friendly and articulate individual who can deliver top-notch service, regardless of the day or time.

Key Duties Include:

  • Addressing all customer inquiries regarding service and vehicle repairs in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with the workshop and bodyshop to ensure smooth progress of work.
  • Managing all computer-based tasks, including purchasing and invoicing, to safeguard the financial interests of both the customer and the company.
  • Informing customers of any vehicle issues and providing clear, accurate solutions.
  • Handling dissatisfied customers with empathy and understanding, assuring them that their concerns will be addressed.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, including vehicle details and service histories.
  • Staying informed about aftersales products and services, with an emphasis on upselling when appropriate.
  • Ensuring the customer database is consistently updated and accurate.

Essential Qualifications

  • A strong commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with IT systems and applications.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively schedule work, balancing customer needs with workshop capacity.
