Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabrics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Robertson Facilities Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for undertaking planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Service and repair of doors, windows, general building fabric and plumbing systems
  • Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings
  • Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of our clients
  • Ensure the safe operation & storage of all plant, materials, equipment and tools
  • Carry out various operational tests and inspections of the facility, specifically those relating to security and access, maintenance and repair and health and safety
  • Provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services
  • To take part in an on-call rota providing 24 hour, 365 day cover to the facilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced maintenance professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong understanding of health and safety procedures and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
