Podiatrist Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our innovative and friendly team at Swansea Bay University Health Board.
Main Responsibilities:- Autonomous assessment and development of treatment plans for a wide range of Podiatry patients with both routine and complex health problems.
- Effectively managing a Podiatry clinical caseload of clients with complex needs using evidence-based client-centered principles.
- Use of evidence-based, client-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate podiatric interventions in the hospital and community setting.
- Single-handed, autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and development of care and treatment plans for low and high-risk patients in primary and community care settings.
- Involvement in research and local clinical audit to measure and monitor intervention evaluation.

Requirements:- BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registered.
- LA Certificate.
- Evidence of current relevant CPD.
- Supplementary or Independent Prescriber.
- Post-Grad Qualifications.
- Registered on Masters programme.
- Post-Grad employment as B5 or B6 Podiatrist.
- Literacy skills.
- Ability to travel to undertake role.
